PMC is a full
service maintenance facility. Our experienced staff of technicians
provide complete Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repairs,
to keep your fleet downtime to a minimum and your repair costs low.
PMC is conveniently located in
the center of the Chicago areas major pipelines and petroleum terminals, making
scheduled repairs easy and emergency repairs quickly resolved. If on-site repairs are
needed, PMC can dispatch one of six fully stocked
service vans. We specialize in the maintenance and repair of petroleum cargo transport
trucks and tanker trailers. Our staff is knowledgeable in loading systems, electrical
systems, tank repairs and testing, braking and suspension systems.
With todays increased
environmental and safety laws, keeping track of inspections and
tests for any size fleet can be time consuming and expensive. PMC
is your "One-Stop" DOT compliance center. We perform
DOT Annual Inspections on a "Drive-in" basis for
tractors, trailers, tankers, and straight chassis trucks. PMC
is registered to perform DOT V, K, I, P, L, and T inspections
and tests for MC-300 to MC-331 and DOT-406 to DOT-412 cargo
tanks. PMC is a USDOT Registered
Testing and Repair Facility, # CT-10583.
PMC is also
registered to perform tanker PRESSURE/VACUUM tests for Illinois, Indiana, Michigan,
Ohio, and Wisconsin. Our staff will inspect and test your vehicles quickly, to get you
back on the road. If repairs are required, PMCs
repair rates are competitively priced.
PMC has an extensive
computerized system for record keeping. Repairs can be instantly
recalled by vehicle number or date of work. Inspection and test
due dates are monitored, and we can remind you before a vehicle
is due, to help you avoid costly fines and downtime.
PMC leases secure vehicle
parking facilities at its East Chicago site. Parking space includes engine block heater
power, and security lighting. PMCs location
offers convenience and savings to petroleum hauling carriers. Spaces are limited.
PMC is a
leader in on-site aviation refueling equipment maintenance. The PMC
staff are knowledgeable in most refueler and fixed pumping and safety systems. For
emergency repairs, our fleet of service vans travel nationwide to quickly get your

- External visual inspection not required for tanks which are
externally insulated.
- Pressure test is not required for uninsulated, lined (or clad) cargo
tanks which have a design pressure (MAWP) less than 15 psig, such tanks must receive an
external visual inspection and lining inspection at least once a year.
- Internal visual inspection is not required for tanks not equipped
with a manhole or inspection opening. An internal visual inspection is not required for
lined tanks except that the lining inspection is required.
- All unlined cargo tanks transporting lading corrosive to the tank.
- Only cargo tanks with a full opening rear head and designed to be
loaded by vacuum.
- Only cargo tanks in chlorine service.
- All cargo tanks which are insulated with no manhole, or which are
insulated and lined.
- Insulated cargo tanks.
- Cargo tanks equipped with manholes and constructed
of quenched and tempered steel (QT) used for the transportation
of anhydrous ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas, or any other hazardous
material which may cause stress corrosion cracking must be internally
inspected by the wet florescent magnetic particle method. This
inspection is performed immediately prior to and in conjunction
with, the pressure test. The only marking requirement is the (P)
symbol required for pressure test.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net before the 30th day from invoice date. Customer
agrees to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum or monthly periodic
rate of 1.5% on any amount unpaid on the 1st day of the month following
the 30th day from invoice date. In the event of default, customer
agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred
by PERRY Maintenance and Compliance Services, LLC to collect amount
