Perry Maintenance & Compliance Services, LLC and Perry Aviation Refueling is a full
service aviation fueling equipment manufacturer and service company built on
20 years of experience refueler maintenance. Perry Maintenance provides
refueler maintenance and services to major oil companies and individual FBOs.
We have encountered and solved just about any problem related to refuelers,
and have applied this knowledge and experience to the refuelers we build or rebuild.
Perry Aviation Refueling builds new refuelers with the best
materials and proven technology. Remanufactured, rebuilt and rechassied
refuelers are brought up to the latest codes, and offer a real, lower cost,
alternative to all new refuelers. All our refuelers are "Built to Order."
Perry Aviation Refueling refuelers are in operation at airports all across
the United States, from quiet grass strips to O’Hare, the world’s busiest.
NEW REFUELERS
PAR can build Jet or AvGas refuelers to buyers specifications in sizes ranging
from 350 to 5000 gallons, using any available chassis make and model. We use the
best components on the market, and we stress reliability and ease
of use in our designs.
REMANUFACTURED REFUELERS
By Combining a quality late model truck chassis with a new stainless
steel or aluminum tank and pumping system, we can provide a 35% cost
savings over all new refuelers. Perry finds low mileage used truck chassis,
late 1980’s and newer, and builds the refueler to customer specifications.
Our remanufactured refuelers allow smaller FBOs to project a "Big Business"
image at a lower price.
RECHASSISED REFUELERS
Rechassied refuelers combine value and performance allowing the operator to
provide reliable service and project a positive image to customers. We
gather older tanks and pumping systems, refurbish them to like new quality,
and mount them on new or late model chassis. All rechassied refuelers leave
our facility meeting all current safety and industry standards.
REFURBISHED REFUELERS
Our refurbished refuelers offer the greatest combination of value and
performance. We recondition all components of the vehicle. Tanks are
cleaned and leak tested, pumping systems are inspected and brought up to
current standards, and chassis are serviced to provide reliability and
safety. These vehicles allow smaller FBOs and airports to provide a high
level of service.
ELECTRIC OPERATION VERSUS AIR
Perry Aviation Refueling follows four guidelines when building refuelers:
safety, quality, functionality, and maintainability. Based on these
guidelines, and from our many years of experience, we install electrically
operated pumping systems on all our new, remanufactured, rechassised, and
refurbished refuelers. Air systems freeze in colder climates, creating
safety hazards and non-functional pumping systems. Air systems require
installation of an air dryer, which increases cost and maintenance. Air
lines, valves, and regulators are more prone to leaks and failure.
Troubleshooting these problems can be very costly and time consuming, which
increases equipment down time. Waiting for air to build up causes delays to
your customers. Time is money, and aviation customers are demanding.
Electric operated refuelers will help you improve service to your customers
and lower your costs. With the flip of a switch, our refuelers are instantly
ready to pump fuel.

All new or factory rebuilt components by Hannay, Gorman-Rupp, Blackmer,
Liquid Controls, Velcon, Facet, OPW, Thiem, and many more will keep your
refueler operating trouble free for many years. On-site maintenance is
available through Perry Maintenance and Compliance Services, LLC. At Perry Aviation
